The DeKalb County Nonprofit Partnership is excited to partner, once again, with the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce to connect members of the DeKalb Leadership Academy with DCNP member nonprofits!
The Nonprofit Expo is an opportunity to share your organization’s mission and vision with Leadership Academy members, and to help them understand how they might engage in a deeper way with your organization—as a volunteer, as a committee member, or perhaps even as a board member.
Date: May 8, 2019
Time: 2:15 – 4:15 p.m.
Location: DeKalb County Community Foundation
Eleven (11) nonprofit organizations are needed for the Nonprofit Expo. This is an opportunity for you to meet established and emerging leaders through a ‘speed networking’ format which will pair you—an agency representative—with two Leadership Academy members for a 10-minute conversation. After each 10-minute conversation, participants will rotate until you have had a chance to meet them all.
If you are interested in this opportunity, please answer a few questions by April 18 (or until spots are filled): https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NonprofitExpo2019.
Space is limited and we seek a wide-range of nonprofits; so unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate everyone who expresses interest. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
Preference is given to nonprofit organizations that are members of both DCNP and the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce.
If selected, you may be asked to provide a short summary of your organization (one paragraph). We ask that you bring business cards, brochures, volunteer applications, and any other relevant materials with you to the Nonprofit Expo.
