It is being offered collaboratively by the DeKalb County Estate Planning Advisory Committee, DeKalb County Nonprofit Partnership, DeKalb County Community Foundation, DeKalb Public Library, Hinckley Public Library, Kirkland Public Library, and Sycamore Public Library.
