Human Resources in a Changing World: Part 2

September 15 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

How can you keep volunteers and staff engaged, motivated, and focused on your organization’s mission? How has the mental health of volunteers and staff been effected in 2020? How do effective leaders help their team overcome stress, burnout, and other obstacles that stand in the way of productivity? Register today for this DCNP session to learn more about these questions and what you need to know about taking care of your team during trying times.

This session is based on content that would have been offered at DCNP’s annual conference, Nonprofit Day. It will be recorded and made available to DCNP members that register.

Free for DCNP members
