Join us for our Leadership Lunch! The concept is simple: Nonprofit staff, board members, and volunteers get together on a monthly basis over the noon hour to informally discuss a given topic.

Participants bring their lunch and enjoy the opportunity to speak openly about their experiences, challenges, successes, and lessons learned. Each month there is a conversation starter to loosely organize the topic of discussion. Topics range from strategic planning to human resources and are set by the participants.

Join this discussion to talk about how your organization continues to adjust to COVID-19 in terms of operations, staffing, volunteers, policies, etc. What are the challenges and opportunities you see in light of vaccine rollout, a new administration in office, and with a year of ‘pivoting’ under your belt?!
