This free training covers:

Basic de-escalation techniques
Causes for disruptive behavior
Warning signs for disruptive behavior
How to debrief after utilizing verbal de-escalation techniques

It is appropriate for employees at all levels, volunteers, and board members. DCNP is pleased to partner with Northwestern Medicine and the DeKalb County Community Mental Health Board to offer this workshop on August 16!
