The I.D.E.A. Initiative was designed as a progressively more intensive experience to accommodate a variety of organizations. Four DCNP members applied and were selected to participate in this deep-dive into their organizations’ approach to DEI. In this panel presentation, you will hear from each Executive Director of organizations that participated in the I.D.E.A. Initiative. They will share about their projects, their journey, and what lessons they learned over the last year that may be relevant for your organization!
